Job Description
- Conduct a literature review of relevant documents to understand the training scope.
- Develop a detailed training plan outlining topics and sub-topics for the 6 sessions.
- Create high-quality training materials in Arabic, including PowerPoint presentations, Trainee guides, and Handouts (as needed).
- Deliver 6 interactive training sessions for 15-20 participants.
- Develop and administer pre- and post-training knowledge assessments.
- Conduct a post-training satisfaction survey.
- Contribute to a comprehensive final report summarizing the training program.
