Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts providing insightful variance analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
  
• Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  
• Financial Planning: Assist in longterm financial planning and strategy development.
  
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
  
• Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
  
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to streamline and improve financial processes and systems.
  

Requirements

• Professional Certification: Ideally AAT ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified.
  
• Experience: Proven experience in a management accounting role preferably within a similar industry.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office particularly Excel.
  
• Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
