Job Description
- Maintains a positive relationship while working closely with the staff to build a strong team through coaching, goal setting, and constructive
- feedback.
- Researches and recommends best practices that can be followed. Ensures staff is focused on customer service and moving all loads
- legally within guidelines.
- Builds strong working relationships with local carriers to ensure that Maersk is a cost leader.
- Works directly with LOC team to address equipment concerns, in particular where customer needs are not being covered.
- Works closely with operations, customers, trucking companies, and customer service to ensure movement of containers to the customer’s
- satisfaction.
- Builds a strong working relationship with the local terminal management staff in order to ensure we achieve the most efficient movement of
- cargo.
