Prior TMobile experience is mandatory

10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test architecture.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
Strong programming skills (e.g. Java Python C#).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Testing Methodologies:

Indepth knowledge of various testing methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
Experience with behaviordriven development (BDD) and testdriven development (TDD).
Communication:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership:

Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding testing teams.
Proven ability to influence and drive change in testing processes.
