Pay Rate: $33 $38 per hour

About the Role:
Mercury Group Staffing is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for contracts and perdiem shifts in various Massachusetts locations. As an LPN in longterm care you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care administering medications monitoring patient health and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Provide basic patient care including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in longterm care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Compassionate and patientfocused attitude
