Position: MuleSoft Developer
Location: Spokane WASHINGTON (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Job Description :
Should have handson experience in cloud service development and MuleSoft technologies.
To be able to communicate concisely and professionally in both written and verbal mediums and understand the clients business priorities.
Should have desire to explore more on the related technologies and provide necessary solutions to the project.
Resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills problem solving skills technical reasoning skills along with a highlevel of individual judgement to ensure outcome of customer satisfaction.
Respond to troubleshoot resolve and escalate tickets for the client base.
Interact with users and other team members to categorize and resolve issues.
Assist teammates and supervisor in the identification of common issues high priority issues.
Document Analyse and track issues for internal and external software development resources to ensure sufficient information is available to effectively track down and correct issues.
Determine and test scenarios to reproduce user errors.
Work closely with all other teams to exchange knowledge.
Identify knowledge base appropriate material and draft content.
Resolve issues wherever possible and where not identify and document problems clearly for escalation.
Provide timely feedback to end users via phone email or other form of communication.
Work with customers in establishing the appropriate expectation and response time.
Take ownership of assigned interactions utilize appropriate followthrough and log all customer interactions.
Able to speak at an appropriate technical and business level for the audience.
Quickly understand system vocabulary business process and content.
