Germany: mobility throughout the territory without specifying a preference for a specific location.
Responsibilities: Business analysis: Understanding the market to make informed decisions is essential. You must be capable of analyzing sales and market trends to ensure revenue numerical distribution and profit margin results.
Distributor management: Maximizing the performance of existing distributors by leading developing and executing market strategies for the channel. Building trusting relationships and delivering value to achieve results.
Business development: Activating new business lines requiring the acquisition of new sector distributors and identifying new opportunities in developing sectors.
Teamwork skills: The entire company works towards the same goal so its crucial to understand internal clients and collaborate with all departments (Administration Marketing R&D SAT Production and Logistics) to ensure business operations align with the companys operational model and values.
Requirements: Languages: Native German English desirable Spanish.
Experience: 5 to 8 years in a similar position.
Availability to travel throughout Germany and open new distributor clients.
