Job Description
Position: Desktop Support Technician I
Location: 202 Burlington Road Bedford MA 01730
Duration: 3 Months (Contract)
US Citizenship or Green Card is required
Requirements:
- 2 Years exp. Req.
- Working directly with users to address computer issues related to software hardware etc.
- Candidate should have Windows 10/11 troubleshooting support experience Apple Mac OS experience is a plus.
- They need the ability to solve laptop booting issues hardware failure as well as network connection issues.
