Job Title: SAP Test Manager/PM

Job Description:
- Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan.
- Manage detailed test plans for all test cycles such as System Integration testing Load and Performance testing Dry Run testing and User Acceptance testing
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations streamline processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customer
- Apply customer expectations industry standards software development and engineering knowledge to assist teams within the program to define document maintain and improve processes.
- Develop logic for extracting useful information from large datasets to enhance decisionmaking and operational efficiencies.
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business processes.
- Train new team members on testing roles objectives and expectations for the program
Requirement:
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with significant emphasis on ERP systems especially SAP.
Demonstrated success in SAP ERP implementations particularly with SAP S4/Hana.
Strong background in Various Test cycles such as integration testing
Advanced skills in data analytics and Microsoft Excel including the use of complex formulas pivot tables and advanced charting.
Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports
Exceptional problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities with experience managing complex projects and teams
Release management experience and awareness of scaled agile methodology and ceremonies
Familiarity with Scaled agile project tracking tools (Rally ALM)
