Were currently seeking a Cook for our client in the culinary industry. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fastpaced kitchen environment. If you have a passion for culinary arts attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure were excited to introduce you to this integral role within our clients culinary team.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

• Staff accommodation available

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus determine size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in the preparation cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
