The Manager o fInHome Supports (IHS) Family Manager is responsible for coordinating client services assisting in the oversight of direct support professionals hired to work with clients supervising IHS Family Managers and developing client budgets. This includes evaluating client needs prioritizing the level of service coordination determining appropriate and costeffective services tracking expenses and documenting outcomes. Also responsible for review of service agreements and associated budgets written by IHS Family Managers and for authorizing vouchers and invoices.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree preferred; consideration may be given to those with an Associates degree and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Human Services e 12 years of experience working in Human Services preferred Skills and Abilities
