Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives in the organization by driving proactive improvement projects across various business functions using Process engineering methodologies like Six Sigma Lean ReEngineering automation & RPA exposure business transformation.
Job Accountabilities:
- Lead and create a culture of continuous improvement across the companys Operations Initaite programs that challenge status quo and champion change across departments to deliver outstanding levels of performance and development.
- Define and execute a technology lead transformation roadmap define and implement strategic initiatives to ensure continued success in deployment of process excellence practices.
- Manage and execute multiple improvement projects throughout the organization driving measurable costefficiency service level improvements.
- Identify and execute automation projects using RPA AI/ML and other technological capabilities needed to design/redesign or improve process and propose solutions.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to analyse and identify key business drivers and work with the senior Leadership team to prioritise before implementing agreed improved initiatives.
- Responsible for the management and development of the continuous improvement teams ensuring that they are trained capable and motivated to deliver results. Coaching mentoring and motivating staff at all levels across the business to support the development of a Continuous Improvement culture.
- Ensure that governance and supporting processes are established and suitable to ensure delivery as per the Organization s needs.
Candidate Requirement:
- Preferred to be BE/BTech with MBA
- Between 12 15 yrs Years of experience in process excellence from BPO/ ITES industry using process improvement techniques (Lean Six Sigma Process automation solution)
- Black Belt certification preferred.
- Has a strong technical knowledge
- Exceptional analytical skills attention to detail and great communication skills.
- Proven success leading business improvement projects.

- Knowledge of core operations management concepts such as Six Sigma Transactional Lean Total Quality Management innovation & problem solving.
