Export Documentation Executive

Document Management:

• Manage all exportrelated documents including invoices shipping documents export licenses customs declarations and other necessary paperwork.
  
• Organize classify and maintain documents in both physical and electronic formats.
  
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  

Compliance Assurance:

• Stay updated with export regulations and requirements to ensure compliance with international trade laws.
  
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all export documents to minimize errors and potential penalties.
  
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure adherence to export control procedures and standards.
  

Communication and Coordination:

• Facilitate communication between various departments involved in the export process to ensure smooth document flow.
  
• Liaise with freight forwarders customs agents and other external parties to coordinate document submissions and resolve any issues.
  
• Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on documentrelated queries and processes.
