Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Behavior Technician/RBT:

Are you passionate about making a tangible impact in the lives of others Do you thrive in environments that challenge you to blend compassion with expertise Zaba Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician works 1:1 in learner homes and in the community delivering ABA programming for children with autism.

* Compensation: $21 to $26 Hourly

* Location: Waterbury or Bristol CT

What Were Looking For:

• Must Have 1 yr. of experience providing ABA to children with autism
  

• Must have a 4year college degree in a related field
  

• Must be able to arrive on time and avoid cancellations
  

• MUST HAVE Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis procedures that include:
  

• Discrete trials
  

• Response Interruption and Redirection
  

• Differential Reinforcement
  

• Shaping
  

• Pairing existing reinforcers with neutral items/activities to create new reinforcers continually
  

• Conducting preference assessments
  

• Naturalistic teaching procedures
  

• Pivotal Response Training
  

• Incidental Teaching Procedures
  

• Teaching Interaction Procedure (for complex social skills).
