Shift Notes: 3:00 am3:00 pm (12hour days) no call every other weekend 36hour guarantee

Traveler Policy: All Travelers will be expected/required to float to units within their scope of practice and skill set. Should a traveler refuse to float Lima reserves the right to send the traveler home without pay for the entire work week.

• Nonbillable Hours: 8 hours
• References are not required at the time of submission
• OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.25x Regular rates

Functioning within the Health Systems mission vision values policies and procedures the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on his/her shift. RN responsibilities include assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care using agespecific criteria. Judgments are made based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN also assists in planning directing and teaching nonRN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries. Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes.

• 1 year OB Experience Required
• 1 Travel Assignment Required
• Must be able to function as a 1st assist and Scrub OB
• FEM Certified Required
• BLS Cert Can pend all others must be active at the time of submission.
