Were looking for an Exchange Relations and Liquidity Lead. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of our finance team. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key personnel at cryptocurrency exchanges as well as exploring developing and implementing new liquidity strategies to attract new liquidity to specific blockchain ecosystems.

What you bring to the table

• 3 years proven experience in financial services cryptocurrency or a similar field.
• 2 years of experience in managing or leading liquidity processes.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets trading and regulatory environments.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and financial forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of various blockchains.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with a high level of ownership.

Things you will do

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key personnel at cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Negotiating and managing contracts for new listings and ongoing collaborations.
• Serving as the primary liaison between the exchanges and our internal teams.
• Developing and implementing strategies for liquidity and trading volume.
• Monitoring market trends and performing risk assessment on asset exposure.
• Collaborating with our financial team to set and manage budgets for marketmaking and other liquidity provisions.
• Ensuring all exchange activities comply with relevant local and international regulations.
• Staying updated on regulatory changes and implications for our operations and strategies.
• Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to exchange activities and liquidity metrics.
• Using data analytics to optimize trading strategies and enhance asset performance.
• Working closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotions and other activities that enhance exchange presence and investor engagement.
• Collaborating with the technical and product team to ensure smooth integrations and functionality of our assets on various platforms.
• Exploring and developing and implementing new liquidity strategies to attract new liquidity to specific blockchain ecosystems.
• Working hand in hand with institutional investors to jointly implement liquidity strategies that have a mutual benefit for them and the ecosystem(s).
