Title: SAP Change Management and Training Specialist

Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized SAP training programs for various user levels.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions (e.g. instructorled eLearning) to equip users with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the new SAP system effectively.
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to minimize disruption and encourage user adoption of the new SAP system.
Facilitate communication and manage expectations throughout the change process addressing user concerns and providing ongoing support.
Analyze training data and user feedback to continuously improve the training materials and delivery methods.
Stay uptodate on the latest SAP functionalities and best practices for change management and training.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in change management and/or SAP training.
Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs for adult learners.
Strong understanding of SAP systems and functionality (specific modules may be required).
