Job Summary
Handing all the branch s documentation including filling of the company s source documents (Airway bills Daily sales sheets weekly sales reports etc).
Key Responsibilities
- Market company s services & products with the view to meeting monthly sales targets
- Keeping safe custody of all branch s stationery.
- Safekeeping and proper disbursements of branch s float as directed by company policy
- Management of PODs generation and remittance to origin stations
- Customer information management including telephones emails etc
- Handling complaints and objections from internal and external customers
- Any other duties that may from time to time be assigned
Requirements
- SC/ND in Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent
- Any graduate qualification is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in similar position
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to apply judgment
- Information management skills
- Ability to communicate (Verbal & written)
