Job Description
Key Responsibilities Of The First Line Manager
- Oversee operational procedures.
- Resolve immediate operational issues.
- Uphold quality procedures.
- Plan employee and third-party resource levels to meet operational targets.
- Generate daily operational reports.
- Achieve productivity KPIs.
- Conduct regular briefing meetings with employees to communicate relevant information.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of the Health and Safety policy.
- Efficiently manage a team of approximately 40 operatives
- Assist in employee recruitment, including conducting interviews and providing induction training.
