Wayman Education is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Design and Tech ECT to join a reputable secondary school in Manchester. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching across KS3 KS4 and KS5 (optional). Aside from that the successful Design and Tech ECT will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

Design and Tech ECT Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent
• Degree in relative field A Subject of Specialism
• A recognized qualification in teaching preferably a bachelors degree in Education or any relevant field
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with parents staff and students
• Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in class
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learning styles
• A passion for teaching and making a difference in students lives.

Design and Tech ECT Salary

The salary for this Design and Tech ECT position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within the National pay scale.
