Location: Longcross/Uxbridge

Salary: 35k DOE

Pareto are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join us on a permanent basis.

We are looking for the most vibrant exciting enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to be outgoing customer focused always willing to help and always willing to own a problem to completion. They will always support the customer in every action.

The person needs to be a team player who will take pride in the appearance of the clients outside spaces.

Carrying out the following but not limited to:

• Maintain shrubbery planters and trees within the clients demise
• General maintenance such as mowing hedge cutting planting pruning and strimming etc.
• Weed control throughout the area
• Spot gritting in the winter months
• Litter clearing throughout the grounds
• Cleaning of signage
• Periodic jet washing
• Clearing of surface drains
• Removal of moss to prevent slips from pathways
• Maintaining and clearing of walkways emergency exit routes and roadways including rubbish clearing sweeping leaf clearance
• Adhoc bench/seating maintenance including jet washing and varnishing
• Resanding block paving as and when required
• Identify and report any maintenance issues to the Helpdesk team
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the grounds are always looking their best
