Job Description

Job role: Risk FCRM AML Systems analyst Location: Raleigh NC or Tempe AZ Contract duration: 12 months Employer: IP TCS Rate: $60/hr on C2C Visa: H1B GC GC EAD TN USC GC Essential skills: MS SQL DB2 Banking Financial Crimes AML Job responsibilities include conducting business analysis on solution delivery lifecycle processes and documenting system processes. Attend key discovery sessions with FCB IT to understand current state and implementation gaps. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements existing capability gaps and opportunities for system improvements. Conduct impact analysis for system integrations/interfaces. Act as a bridge between business and IT guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects. Ensure adequate documentation as per FCB processes. Engage in design development unit testing and service/process configuration. Assist in defining the target state for implementation. Help business partners translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and develop User Acceptance Test Plan and Test Strategy. Coordinate with IT team on Change Management Process. Provide system application support to endusers and effectively troubleshoot system application problems postimplementation.
