Job Description
This is a Fulltime Direct hire role H1b transfer accepted if you are open to join with a transfer receipt. No C2C or 3rd party Sales recruiter Enquires.
Job Title: SAP MM/WM Consultant
Location: USA / CANADA (Remote) Note: Canadian candidates should have valid visa to travel to USA as position would need frequent travel.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
- You will lead the analysis and design in the SAP MM area often in close cooperation with the clients Warehouse Management & Material Management Teams conduct structured testing internally and with users and ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.
- For that you need a good understanding of the business requirements of the organizations.
- This involves ensuring the customer has a cloud mindset follows fittostandard and drives organizational change management to achieve a true public cloud environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Optionally taking responsibility in Inventory Management and Enterprise Warehouse Management area.
- Drive functional conversations and presentations with end user clients as an SAP SME for SAP MM/WM modules according to business requirements.
- Provide advisory guidance to SAP Clients leveraging industry best practices as recommended by SAP.
- Understanding of the technology layer and development practices for SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Influence key client stakeholders on their technology and operations strategy.
- Working with managing and motivating teams spanning multiple geographies cultures and organizations.
- Analyse and drive the resolution of crossfunctional issues.
- Develop internal best practices within your area of expertise.
- Support in building demo systems as suggested by SAP solution management team.
EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
- Business and solutionoriented global mindset with good planning and analytical skills
- Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
- Strong writing presentation mentoring decision making communication and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure ambiguity and change.
- Exceptional leadership organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management clients peers and team members.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of professional experience; demonstrated knowledge / expertise of SAP MM/WM/EWM module.
- Optionally experience in SAP Inventory Management AND SD.
- Working experience of SAP S/4HANA cloud.
- Certification in Manufacturing for SAP S/4HANA cloud and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus
