Dutch speaking Customer Service Agent to Greece

• Providing topquality support to our customers by phone and email on various topics in Dutch and English.
• Being the customers point of contact and ensuring they receive the correct information.
• Building meaningful relationships and answering customer questions in a polite friendly and professional manner.
• Following management instructions and providing feedback.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Advanced level of Dutch (at least C1) both orally and in writing.
• Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both orally and in writing.
• Strong communication skills including good phone protocol listening skills and written competence.
• Willingness to learn and develop be curious and a skilled problem solver.
• A desire to live and work in Greece.
