THE ROLE
The BSA will partner with a team of engineers portfolio leads and business partners where you will continue to develop your skills while helping ensure that the platform is effective and scalable for businesscritical departments. You will provide a valuable contribution as a bridge between Sales teams and IT delivery. You should be able to utilize your time by testing key features & functionality before they are production ready. The ideal candidate is excited to learn new technologies loves Salesforce and is not afraid of a challenge.
YOU WILL
- Manage projects on the Salesforce platform. Ensure alignment of IT resourcing and manage tasks according to project milestones.
- Monitor and track the resolution of activities such as managing ticket backlog grooming requirements and triaging production issues.
- Manage project communication to ensure that tasks milestones and expectations are clear to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements deliver solutions with engineers conduct Quality Assurance Testing (QA) facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide.
- Postproduction support.
- Own functional tasks and deliverables including process definition and reengineering highlevel and detaillevel requirements gathering functional design testing and continuous improvement of business applications.
- Provide strong analytical problemsolving and technical skills to collect requirements effectively identify alternatives and design and deploy quality solutions.
- Perform Salesforce configurations and guide developers on advanced customization.
- 10 years of handson work as an SFDC Business Systems Analyst.
- 8 years of handson Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Experience in managing and delivering projects endtoend on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience analyzing designing configuring and supporting Salesforce implementations including integrated apps and tools.
- Ability to distinguish surfacelevel requests from underlying business needs. Evaluate information received deconstruct highlevel information into functional details and translate lowlevel information into business requirements.
- Experience managing and implementing advanced configurations such as custom objects fields formulas validation rules flows and workflow rules.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator having experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and SFDC Lightning framework.
- Proficiency with SFDC data management tools SOQL queries Microsoft Excel JIRA Visual Diagrams Google Suite Slack and Mac OS.
- Written/verbal communication skills and can translate business requirements and engage directly with business stakeholders.
