Basic undemanding of ITIL process
Basic troubleshooting knowledge of firewall and VPN technologies
Flexible in 24/7 Shifts (should be willing to work extra hours / weekends during Major refresh period).
Performed IOS upgrades on various models of IP Internetworking layer 2/3 switches Load Balancer Palo Alto Firewalls
Sound Knowledge in network and security Products will be gain advantage
Should have very good oral and written communication skills
Added advantage if CCNP PCNSA or PCNSE certified
Network related audit activities
Experience in network tools and support & Data center and network room related activities.
Strong background in process creation and improvement planning; design test and implement disaster recovery; capacity optimization
Provides rootcause analysis contributes to the knowledge base and provides recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow process and technology
