ORGANIZATION : As a member in the Information Technology (IT) department you will be part of the core team that will be responsible for developing cuttingedge digital capabilities to enhance and elevate client s IT platforms deployed across their ships. You will ensure that the IT solutions align with business goals and deliver tangible value to the organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  
• Analyze gathered requirements and document them in a clear and concise manner often using techniques like use case diagrams process flows and user stories.
  
• Work closely with a team of IT professionals to deliver robust sustainable and flexible solutions.
  
• Lead change management initiatives to smoothly implement new capabilities across departments.
  
• Mentor other Business Analysts to foster their growth and development.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within existing systems or processes.
  
• Deliver highquality user stories aligned with the product roadmap to ensure solutions meet both functional and nonfunctional needs.
  
• Applying critical thinking to discern stakeholders wishes from actual requirements.
  
• Assisting in shaping the wider product roadmap in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT finance economics or related field.
  
• Over 7 years of experience in Business Analysis with a specialization in developing scalable IT products.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  
• Deep comprehension of data utilization for prioritization evidenced by advanced Excel proficiency or expertise in database tools like SQL ElasticSearch or Google Analytics.
  
• Demonstrated capacity to influence senior stakeholders including Directors and CLevel executives.
  
• Certification in process mapping methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  
• Preferred background in the maritime/shipping/aviation/ industry is preferred.
