We are seeking a versatile and skilled Web Developer & Integrations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PHP and WordPress development possess expertise in Zoho integrations and be capable of handling tasks related to Open edX and Django platforms. This role demands a sharp understanding of project requirements excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PHPbased websites and applications.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug PHP and WordPressrelated issues.
- Implement Zoho integrations across various systems and platforms.
- Configure and customize Zoho applications to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Execute tasks related to Open edX and Django platforms including customization module development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate Open edX/Django components into existing systems.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Analyze client needs and propose effective technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or queries promptly.
Requirements
- Sharp analytical skills and the ability to understand complex requirements.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (24 years) in PHP and WordPress development.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho integrations and customization.
- Familiarity with Open edX and Django frameworks is a plus.
- Relevant certifications are desirable.
- Python & AI experience is a PLUS.
- A resident of Bangalore is a must.
Qualification: Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Education, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, or tutoring programs. Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to develop engaging and interactive learning materials. Passion for sustainability and a desire to educate others. Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Note: A resident of Bangalore is a must.
