Role Overview: As a Planview Technical Integration Specialist your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless integration of Planview software solutions into the organization s existing IT infrastructure.

• You will be the subject matter expert in all technical aspects of Planview integration working closely with crossfunctional teams to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
• Integration Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop integration strategies aligned with the organization s goals and objectives.
• Assess technical requirements and feasibility of integrating Planview solutions with existing systems.
• System Architecture Design: Design and architect integration solutions that leverage Planview APIs connectors and other integration tools.
• Ensure scalability reliability and security of integrated systems.
• Configure and customize Planview software to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop custom scripts plugins or extensions as needed for seamless integration with thirdparty applications and data sources.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Define data mappings and transformations to ensure accurate and consistent data flow between Planview and other systems.
• Implement data validation and cleansing processes to maintain data integrity. API Development and Integration: Develop custom APIs and integration endpoints to facilitate data exchange between Planview and external systems.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for API access.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to validate functionality performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
• Create detailed technical documentation including integration specifications configuration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on using integrated systems effectively.
