Responsibilities:
Study the employment & taxation rules of countries.
Work with Compensation partners for Market Benchmarking Study
Prepare SOPs and work on Automation of the C&B Process
Perform COL analysis and Parity analysis to recommend right fitment for an employee
Propose Compensation Structure (pay ranges) for new countries
Study Country norms and recommend structuring of the Compensation for deputes as well as Locals
Maintain repository of Compensation Structures amendment guidelines and Employment Norms
Support the Business HR teams in ensuring smooth implementation of C&B policies and practices by creating guidelines operating principles Budget etc.
Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are relevant competitive and legally compliant
Conduct Payroll audit one a quarter and work with concerned team for ensuring data accuracy
Timely collate and give payroll inputs as per payroll timelines
Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization s employees
Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with country/immigration regulations
Merit increase and Annual Incentive Exercise
Coordinate collaborate and empower Immigration team GEO HRs and ER&C team in managing aspects related to overseas compensation & employee queries effectively
