Breakfast Cook and Prep Cook

Are you a morning person with a passion for creating delicious breakfast dishes ElmRock Inn is seeking a talented Breakfast / Prep Cook to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items as well as assisting with food preparation for events. If you have a love for cooking and a keen eye for detail we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and guidelines
• Assist with food preparation for events including chopping vegetables preparing sauces and organizing ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Breakfast Cook or Prep Cook preferred
• Knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food handlers certification a plus
