About the Role:
The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between the company its onfield Sales Engineers team and the Channel Partner network pan India. The ideal candidate is a hardworking and innovative individual with the ability to meet deadlines. The candidate will own responsibility for the smooth daily operations of sales coordination activities and ensure ease of working and communication for the companys valuable sales team and channel partners. The chosen candidate should have an impressive portfolio of successful deliverables and a range of transferrable skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Helping the sales team improve productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high quality uptodate support material
Helping sales agents qualify leads develop scripts make valuebased offers and schedule meetings
Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance department
Handling urgent calls emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable answering customer queries informing them of delays arranging delivery dates and scheduling marketing events
Handling orders by phone/email and checking the orders have the correct prices discounts and product numbers
Inputting orders ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales marketing queries
and deliveries are handled efficiently
Managing budgets for expenses like bonuses marketing and travel Making the companys products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible
Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
Monitoring market trends and identifying sales opportunities
Crafting engaging email copies using written communication skills Analyzing ad campaigns of competitors and launching own ones
Aligning the marketing and sales activities

Monitor the teams progress identify shortcomings and propose improvements
PreRequisite Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator/Associate
Past work experience in B2B sales and marketing or in the manufacturing engineering industry will be of great advantage
Expertise in dealer management (Class A Class B customers)
Experience in working with highspeed cutting tools or saw blades
(industrial products) will be highly preferred Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Excellent communication sales and customer service skills
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Good team development and leadership skills
Strong written verbal and collaborative skills; fluency in English and Hindi
