Contract Manager

• Prompt system maintenance of partners so that the business runs smoothly and our sales staff can achieve their goals.
  
• Constant data updating in the system in the event of a change of owner email change relocation etc.
  
• Correction of incorrect data entries in close cooperation with the sales team. This includes errors (e.g. incorrect invoicing) and partner complaints.
  
• Compliance with a speed process adding partners to the system within 30 minutes if required.
  
• The administration of master data in the management tool (Repsly) of the sales team
  
• Close dialogue with the respective Sales Line Managers on specific data changes
  
• Necessary contract amendments in dialogue with our lawyers and the sales team
  
• Structured setup and maintenance of contracts and annual commission agreements First point of contact for queries
  
• Monthly territory changes within one day to ensure that commission is paid out to partners on time.
  
• Support of Merchandiser Runs that take place several times a year
  
• Management of expiring contracts and reporting to the respective responsible person
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree
  
• Skills in Excel & Word necessarily needed
  
• Fluent in German and English both C1 level
