Subject Matter Expert - SCM

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Engineering graduate with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between our internal teams and the Kinaxis team ensuring seamless communication and project execution. This role requires a deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and the ability to translate complex requirements into detailed Business Requirements Documents testing scenarios and test plans. Additionally the candidate will be responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and developing analytics solutions using Power BI and advanced Excel features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather and understand their requirements for SCM optimization using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  
• Develop comprehensive BRDs that align with business objectives and technical capabilities.
  
• Design and implement effective testing scenarios test plans and lead UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel to analyse data creating insightful dashboards power queries and reports.
  
• Serve as a consultant facilitating communication and project alignment between Cyient DLM and the Kinaxis team.
  
• Continuously monitor project progress identifying potential issues and proposing innovative solutions.
  
• Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
  
• 810 years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse as a functional consultant.
  
• Strong knowledge of SCM processes and the ability to apply this knowledge in a consulting capacity.
  
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel including dashboards power queries and advanced functions.
  
• Exceptional business communication skills capable of bridging the gap between IT and nonIT stakeholders.
  
• Proven ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  

Desired Skills:

• Certifications in Kinaxis RapidResponse Power BI or related fields (Good to have)
  
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies (Good to have)
  
• Familiarity with other SCM or ERP systems is a plus.
