Job Description
Title : AWS Cloud infrastructure Architect
Location : Rockville MD

Bill Rate: $70/Hour
Pay Rate : $5560/hr

Expert in Data center technology ( VMware/HyperV/Storage)
Management maintenance and optimization of cloudbased data center infrastructure with a focus on AWS services.
Deploy configure and maintain virtualization technologies within the AWS cloud environment ensuring scalability and performance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement cloudbased solutions for various workloads and applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to identify and resolve performance issues security vulnerabilities and service disruptions.
Implement and enforce cloud security best practices including IAM policies encryption and compliance standards.
Support data center operations including hardware provisioning network connectivity and resource allocation within AWS.
Assist in the automation of routine tasks and workflows using AWS CloudFormation AWS CLI or other relevant tools.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and endusers addressing cloudrelated inquiries and issues.
Document cloud architecture configurations and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with industry standards.
Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and trends continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
2. Previous experience working with cloudbased technologies particularly AWS.
3. Proficiency in AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS VPC IAM and CloudWatch.
4. Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts such as VPC peering VPN and Direct Connect.
5. Experience with virtualization platforms and tools such as VMware HyperV or AWS EC2 instances.
6. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) for automation and infrastructure as code.
7. Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments.
8. Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
9. AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) preferred.
10. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in cloud computing and related technologies.
