Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager shares accountability and is responsible for 24/7 coordination of clinical services to meet licensing and accreditation requirements and assure delivery of safe quality patient care in their assigned area.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a critical role in improving and attaining key performance metrics in the department such as patient satisfaction employee engagement patient outcomes and retention of staff.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Human resource management
- Quality improvement
- Staff development
- Compliance with policies
- Financial management
- Active State of Maine RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS and PALS
- 35 years of experience in a RN management role
