Job Title: Senior User Interface Designer

Location: Fort Meade MD

Duration: 12months

Job Description;

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for data analytics

software and applications.

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery including user research wireframing prototyping and user testing.
• Develop design systems style guides and UI patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Translate complex technical requirements into userfriendly designs that meet the needs of our clients and endusers.
• Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in UI design.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts User Interface Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a User Interface Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or similar software.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to

stakeholders.

• Active TS clearance or CBP (Customs and Border Protection) clearance is preferred.
