Position Title: Client Success Consultant
Work Setup: Work OnSite
Schedule: 07:00 AM 3:30 PM PHT
Salary: Php.00
Signon Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CLIENT SUCCESS CONSULTANT

Your Responsibilities as a Client Success Consultant would be:
Undertake activities as directed by the Global Support Manager
Phone email and online user support
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow up responsiveness and quality communication
Serve as a software subject matter expert to assist customer with implementation and configuration activities
Document technical issues resolutions and sharing information across the team
Conduct user training within our office or at a customers premises
Assist with data upload and customer implementation as required
Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating with our customers
Achieving mutually agreed key performance indicators as specified from time to time (e.g. specified support response times customer implementations and account management).
Attending all staff meetings training and other functions as directed by the Chief Executive Officer or Head of Customer Success
Follow the instructions and directions of corporate staff such as HR Accounts and Management regarding company policies and procedures

Qualifications as a Client Success Consultant:
Graduate of Bachelor s Degree in Business or equivalent
Minimum of 23 years of work experience as an Operations Assistant or other similar administrative support experience is strongly preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.
Minimum of 12 months working in a Customer Facing role
Previous experience in supporting accounting or property management software (Strata management or Facilities Management experience will be held in high regard)
Ability to read and understand Financial Reports
Can understand and can provide professional friendly and polite customer service through a number of channels
Proven Time Management skills and ability to prioritise workload
Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong ability to learn things quickly especially new software and technologies
High level of accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
12 months of working in a helpdesk or an application support environment is advantageous but not mandatory
Exceptional communication and written skills.
Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of office administration.
Organizational skills with an ability to think proactively multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Exceptional conceptual thinking resourcefulness diligence attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Adept at meeting deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment.
