Working Days: Monday To Friday.
Job Details:
  • Board Support: Youll provide comprehensive support to the Chairman in managing boardrelated activities. This includes scheduling board meetings preparing agendas distributing materials and taking minutes during meetings.

  • Communication: Acting as a primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. This involves managing communications screening calls handling correspondence and responding to inquiries on behalf of the Chairman.

  • Governance Compliance: Ensuring compliance with governance requirements and protocols. This includes maintaining board records tracking resolutions and assisting in the preparation of regulatory filings.

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with board members senior executives shareholders and other key stakeholders. This involves coordinating meetings facilitating communication and fostering collaboration.

  • Strategic Support: Providing strategic support to the Chairman by conducting research gathering data and preparing reports or presentations for board meetings and strategic initiatives.

  • Travel and Event Coordination: Planning and organizing travel arrangements including logistics for board meetings conferences and other events. This may involve coordinating with travel agencies booking accommodations and managing itineraries.

  • Document Management: Handling confidential documents reports and presentations related to board matters. You may be responsible for drafting and proofreading documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.

  • Decision Support: Providing input and insights to assist the Chairman in making informed decisions. This may involve analyzing data preparing briefing materials and supporting strategic initiatives.

  • Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to board discussions corporate strategies and organizational matters.

  • Ad hoc Support: Providing ad hoc support as needed such as coordinating special projects conducting research or assisting with executive team initiatives.
