Job Description:

Requirements:

• Current state license to practice physical therapy
• Licensure by the state of Georgia by the Physical Therapy Board
• BLS Certification

Job Duties:

• Organize and conduct a medically prescribed physical therapy program designed to aid patients in reaching their maximum functional ability.
• Supervise clinical support staff and evaluate their performance against criteria stated in the job description.
• Evaluate plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to patients.
