Job Title: ONCALL HELP DESK TECHNICIAN (TIER II)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance and support for computer applications hardware and software independently.
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve a variety of computerrelated issues.
- Assist users with inquiries and concerns regarding desktops laptops peripherals and software applications.
- Accurately document and track technical issues and their resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Proficient understanding of computer applications hardware and software.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work oncall and during evenings or weekends as necessary.
