Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for computer applications hardware and software.
Utilize troubleshooting techniques to resolve various computerrelated problems.
Assist users with inquiries and issues related to desktops laptops peripherals and software applications.
Document and track technical issues and resolutions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under general supervision and in a team environment.
Flexibility to work oncall and during evenings or weekends as needed.
