Position: .NET Lead Developer (Health Domain)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a lead developer proficient in systems design configuration deployment troubleshooting performance tuning preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio for designing and developing complex ntier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC and/or C# while adhering to modern programming principles such as objectoriented scalability maintainability singleresponsibility and the highest application security standards.
• Ability to create and comprehend formal technical documentation based on system requirements as well as interpret and analyze business requirements to build the logic within an applications code to meet those requirements.
• Experience working with Oracle 11G or higher including writing SQL and PL/SQL queries updates stored procedures functions and cursors as well as Oracle SQL query optimization.
• Familiarity with ServiceOriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including the development of secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) SOAP/Restful APIs message and queue processing and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
• Experience in developing applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing applications using .NET Core and MVC.
• Experience in designing and maintaining applications containing Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
