Physical Therapist

• COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
• Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting.
• Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season.
• Primarily MF flexible hours with a weekend rotation in the event they cant get all their hours during the week (wont happen often).

Job Summary:

This position provides physical therapy services to pediatric population neonate to adolescence including evaluation and treatment using modalities such as exercise heat water electricity massage light and ultrasound.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years pediatric experience (school experience will not be considered) required.
• Critical Care experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

• BA or higher degree from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Certification/License/Registry Requirements

• Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy license prior to start date.
• AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) Fingerprint Clearance Card (FCC) prior to start date.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date.
