Job Description
Capitol Bridge LLC is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist to support an important government project. If you thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment and possess the expertise to lead a team while understanding the importance of adhering to high-security standards, we encourage you to apply. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a partner to Capitol Bridge, LLC within the organization, providing HR guidance and support to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
This schedule is as follows:
This is a contract position, and hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CST.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to align Human Resource initiatives with company objectives and company strategy.
Provide advice on personal matters, including performance management, employee development, and organizational impacts.
