Job Description
Established for over 25 years our client is a leading provider of home care services in Warrington Cheshire. Committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients we are seeking a talented and experienced Registered Manager to join our team.
Our company has been dedicated to providing highquality home care services to older adults in our community. Our experienced team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients offering personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs.
Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our home care services ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Your key duties will include:
Providing strong leadership and management to a team of approximately 45 care staff.
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
Developing and implementing policies procedures and best practices to improve service delivery.
Recruiting training and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
Monitoring and evaluating service performance implementing improvements as necessary.
Building positive relationships with clients their families and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Previous management experience in home care or care homes demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of the CQC framework and regulations.
A passion for delivering highquality care and improving outcomes for clients.
A level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and handle oncall duties 12 days per week.
Experience in the healthcare sector and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Benefits
Competitive salary of £35000 £45000 per annum depending on experience
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours with some oncall duties.
Free parking.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Performancerelated bonus.
