Required RN From OR state and will to travel in OR state
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Oregon Sate
Shift timings: Day Night
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patients conditions.
- Document patient information including medical history symptoms and progress.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures medications and selfcare techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
