Payroll randstad ( A fortune 500 HR services company MNC located at 40 countries)

Location Delhi (sitting at randstad Jasola office New Delhi)

Team handling Manage 25 sales people who will be under 67 LPA CTC under PMs team. Presence of member will be Pan India

Good written and verbal communication email drafting skills great communicator

Technical PPT Ms excel Ms Words sounds good So that he can easily track the records and give the presentation in front of stakeholders of randstad and abbott.

Profile To handle sales Pan India and manage the project of this Abbott client. reporting will be to randstad and partially meeting reporting will be to abbott managers regarding project driving. Interact with stakeholders of companies reviews team handling updated trackers of team and sales KPI PJP local travel etc.

Culture Hybrid mode (5 days working by randstad 2 days in a week work from office and rest of the days WFH) but based on PJP and client demand need to present at client side or at office as randstad office is open 24*7
