Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our real estate firm you will be a key player in driving property sales and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique needs of potential buyers and sellers guide them through the real estate process and facilitate successful transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales a deep understanding of the market and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.


Candidate must have Vehicle (Towwheeler/Four wheeler) & (Laptop/Tab/I Pad)

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
  • Prospect and identify potential buyers and sellers through various channels including networking events referrals and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Property Presentation and Tours:
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers through effective presentations and property tours.
  • Provide detailed information about the features benefits and market conditions of each property.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve successful property transactions.
  • Guide clients through the closing process ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Market Analysis and Trends:
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends pricing and competitive offerings.
  • Provide clients with accurate and uptodate information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaboration with Team:
  • Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals including agents brokers and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and customerfocused.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
