Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain Security and Networking Devices:
- Ensure the client’s security and networking devices are operational and upgrade them when necessary.
- Provide support for other engineers working with Fortinet equipment/software.
LAN Installation and Support:
- Install and maintain LAN infrastructure, including switches and routers (Cisco and HP).
- Collaborate with project managers on security/network deployments.
- Suggest and implement design changes as needed.
- Document customer installations and provide ongoing service advice.
